Pedestrian Detection and Recognition in a Multi-Camera System
Macák, Filip ; Orság, Filip (referee) ; Goldmann, Tomáš (advisor)
The main purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to create an application for person detection and recognition from scenes captured in a multi-camera system. The output of the application is a video on which the detected persons are highlighted and each person is assigned an identification number through which it can be recognized across the input scenes. Several solutions to the problem of person detection and recognition were examined and the text of this work serves as an overview of these problems. The application is built on PyTorch and Torchreid libraries. A detector with a Faster-RCNN network is used for detection and recognition is based on the OSNet network. The application also includes a simple user interface to facilitate work with the application. The application serves as a demonstration of the state-of-the-art for person detection and recognition.
Pedestrian Identification
Jurča, Jan ; Špaňhel, Jakub (referee) ; Hradiš, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with pedestrian identification from video sequence based on person, face and gait recognition. For person and face recognition are used pretrained networks. While for gait recognition is implemented and compared many different networks. Final pedestrian recognition is based on multimodal fusion realized by neural network. For the purpose of the work was created dataset, along with a set of tools that allow its almost automatic creation.
Application of Risk Analysis on Biometric Person Recognition and on Selected Tasks in a Company
Doleželová, Lenka ; Košík, Michal (referee) ; Drahanský, Martin (advisor)
This master's thesis has been created in order to enhance the security, reliability and quality of specific biometric devices and in order to achieve higher work efficiency of specific company. Both existing biometric devices and one new prototype have been chosen for the evaluation. First it was necessary to acquire the basic principles and structure of analyzed subjects. In order to achieve the goals, several risk analyses have been performed. Based on results of performed analyses the most key threats have been identified. For these threats the corrective actions have been suggested in order to make the probability of these threats as low as possible. This thesis also contain the results of performed analyses and benchmarking of the devices from the risk point of view.
